Forklift Fuel System - The fuel system is responsible for providing your engine the gasoline or diesel it requires in order to function. If any of the individual parts in the fuel system break down, your engine would not function right. There are the major components of the fuel system listed under:

Fuel Tank: The fuel tank holds the fuel. The fuel from the gas station pump, moves from the tank travels down the gas hose into your tank. In the tank there is a sending unit. This is what tells the gas gauge how much gas is in the tank.

Fuel Pump: In newer cars, the majority contain fuel pumps normally located inside the fuel tank.
